Throughout this site you will see reference made to Judge Globes ruling. We maintain his ruling was flawed, inaccurate and corrupted. We have identified key areas of clear bias to justify his ruling.

The decision to clear Adam McNally is extraordinary given the accepted use of phone attribution/ownership as valid evidence, so when the accused McNally makes no comment, offers no reason why his phone is involved or identifies another possible user of his phone and is cleared, this opens up a precedent that any criminal could employ. But we know that most rulings would not go that way. For instance If I have three cars and one is involved in a fatal hit and run and the police trace it to me and I say I was not using the car at that time but I offer no explanation as to who was, I would go to jail.

The problem the Judge faced was that he elevated the role of Adam McNally to pivotal to the connection of Parle, Downes and Bradley to Lucy’s murder. We actually agree with this as we believe this was a joint enterprise and appropriate charges were not brought by the CPS. This can and we believe will change, We fully expect charges to be brought against those involved and for the case to be reopened. Paradoxically if it’s proved McNally was using his phone at the material time, this would amount to significant new evidence, the very thing we need to reopen the case of those who murdered Lucy. Ten years ago the two men accused of murder (Downes and Bradley) would never face trial again as the law then for some perverse and corrupt reason would not allow it. That is not the case now. This will be back make no mistake.
